Applied, and about two weeks later, a phone screening was set up. That phone interview went pretty well, so they set up a 1-hour phone interview with the hiring manager. That interview also went well, and then they scheduled me for a 4.5-hour in-person interview session for the next week. I tried to get an update from the internal recruiter a few times but never heard back. It seems like the position was filled, and I never got any word about not being selected. After reading other reviews, I'm thinking I might have avoided a bad situation.

I applied to a job post for an internship and they kept my resume and contacted me later to schedule a phone screening. I had a screening with an upper management person that lasted about 30 minutes. He asked basic questions about my resume and personal background. A week later, I was invited for a face-to-face interview where they asked similar questions about my career goals and experience with excel.

After applying, I got a call a few days later asking if a telephone interview was okay. I agreed and was shortlisted for an interview. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and covered what the company does, its growth, the job spec, challenges, and potential difficulties. Two weeks later, I got a job offer via phone. During the wait, they kept in touch, thanking me for my patience. Very professional overall.

The interview process was long, lasting over six weeks. Communication between HR and the local office was very poor, and it seemed HR was overwhelmed. They did a lot of vetting, checking employers and education from over ten years ago. The local company had been without a representative for over a year, largely because of HR issues.
