Coding Technical Behavioral

It was three rounds. First was technical, second was behavioural, and the third was with the client. The interviewers were Filipino, so there were some minor communication challenges, but it wasn't a big issue. The questions touched on C#, the .NET pipeline, past experiences, full system design, and some advanced topics. There was also live coding in both the technical and client rounds.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an initial HR screening call where I was asked about my background, experience, and salary expectations. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my knowledge in software testing, including manual testing concepts and basic bug reporting scenarios. I received feedback within a few days, and the onboarding process was well-organized.

Behavioral

We start with intros where the interviewer and interviewee introduce themselves and shake hands. Then, we might chat a bit casually. After that, the interviewer will ask some general questions to learn more about you. The main part is when the interviewer asks questions about the job and your skills. Finally, the interviewer might ask if you have any questions before we wrap up.
