So normally, the hiring manager gets a reference for the candidate, either internally or through HR consultants. Then the hiring manager asks someone from their technical team to do the first technical interview, which is usually a phone call. They'll probably ask you about your experience and projects. They'll also check your non-technical stuff like communication skills and if you're willing to adapt. After that, the hiring manager does the next round, ideally face-to-face, to look more at your behavior and talk about salary and other details. Then HR takes over based on the hiring manager's feedback.

I applied online and got a call back about 1-2 weeks later, but it was a voicemail. I called back right away, but no one returned my call. I emailed them and the person who left the voicemail got back to me. We scheduled the interview for about a week later. The interview had two guys, one was quiet and the other talked a lot. I think the interview went well, but they didn't know much about the job duties. The systems were inherited and they were unsure about future plans. I asked questions, but they didn't have answers. They asked me questions and I felt I answered them well. It was a mix of behavioral and some technical questions. I never heard back from them about the job, even after sending a thank you and confirmation of interest email a couple of days later.

The interview process varies depending on the client and our current needs. Typically, it involves a phone screening by a CSC Recruiter, followed by a technical interview with the client (either in person or by phone). Next, there's an in-person meeting with a manager from the client side. After that, CSC HR will discuss salary, and finally, if all goes well, you'll receive an offer letter.
