The interview process started with a group interview where we had analytical skills tested via psychometric tests. Then there were activities about communicating with team members to organize a process or concept that would benefit the environment and company, including upselling an idea for a randomly picked charity. Following that was a 1:1 interview focusing on my personal and past experiences, especially organizing my own projects. Lastly, there was an activity to figure out the number of turns needed to complete a Rubik's cube in 30 seconds, which I think was designed to test how I handle pressure.

After finishing the entire interview, I was told that the position is on hold. Even after seeing my current designation as a senior tester, they want me to work as a test analyst, which is really idiotic.
