I had a quick phone call with an agent who wanted me to submit my resume. I also had to sign a rights to represent form because they were working as a middleman between me and CSC. It took them almost two months to give me an offer. The recruiter was waiting for news from CSC, and as soon as they got it, I was sent an offer letter, a background release form, and a drug testing slip.

I applied online and got an email the next day to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview had typical questions like "tell me about yourself" and asked about salary expectations. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. The first in-person interview involved meeting four team leaders, two of whom were on the phone. They mostly asked the same questions, like "tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer?" and "strengths and weaknesses." After that, I got an email inviting me for a second interview with the Small Business Unit, which is a call center, something not mentioned in the job description or the first interview. Before the second interview, I had to complete an online test. The second interview was with two team leaders from the Small Business Unit. After answering some repeat questions from the first interview, I got to sit with a Customer Service Representative and listen to them handle calls. I later contacted HR to express surprise about it being a call center. A few days later, I received an email saying I didn't get the job.
