I applied online and got an email from the HR manager the same day to schedule a phone interview for the next day. The phone interview went really well, the HR manager was super nice and friendly. They scheduled me for an in-person and a panel interview with the hiring team for the following week. The hiring manager was also very nice and friendly, seemed really interested in me, and asked a lot of questions, including about other places I was interviewing and the salary range for the position. After the interview, he mentioned he'd call me the next day or within a week. I was pretty sure I'd get an offer, but a week later, the HR manager called to say they selected another candidate, probably someone with more experience.

I found the job on the CSC website and after a week got an email to finish my application. The next day, I got a call to come in for an interview. It was with three people and was pretty standard. I think they were looking for someone with military experience because the hiring manager mentioned hiring someone leaving the military for Korea. It seemed like a good experience, but I didn't get the job. I found out by email, and a friend told me they hired someone from the military.

The process was good, though it happened a while ago. I recall the recruiter was always in touch, giving me updates and helping with the interviews. The onboarding process is really streamlined, where you can upload all your documents (like education and work history) through a portal before you even start. CSC requires a background check, and they're really strict about fake or suspicious information.
