First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CSC.
Associate Partner
The whole thing took about six months from start to finish. I got a call from a recruiter I've worked with before, and they submitted my profile. After a long wait, I got a call from a Partner in the group. It took a while to get through onboarding once I was hired. I also spoke with HR and answered a lot of questions.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience in your industry field of expertise?
Associate Professional
I had about 1 year of experience when I applied for this role. The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was technical, covering the basics of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS. They might also ask about IMS and your project experience. The second round was managerial, which was tougher and focused on what you learned in your previous company, along with your knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and DB2. The final round was with HR, a very basic interview asking for general details. If you cleared the first two rounds, this one should be easy.
- What are the basics of cobol Jcl?
- Can you tell me about DB2?
- What is CICS?
Associate Professional
This was a college interview, which included some basic OOPS questions.
- Tell me about basic Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
