I had to complete a long prescreen questionnaire with less than 24 hours notice before a 30-minute phone screen. The recruiter was late, and the interview felt rushed due to time limits. I heard the team leader is really picky, which is why they sent out the pre-screen questionnaires. It felt like there was no real direction, just a catch-all.

I first got a basic, informal screening call from HR. Then, we had a video interview with a GM that lasted about an hour and was a really open discussion. Right after that, I was contacted for an in-person interview the following week. But the next day, HR called again for another video interview, also about an hour and a very open, interesting chat. The in-person meeting with the GM happened the week after. The whole process moved fast. All the interviews were great—they asked good questions, gave me info on the company and role, and made sure I had plenty of time for my own questions.

After a few phone calls with the recruiter, HR, and the hiring manager, where I showed I could do the job. They had a weird way of showing interest and talking about next steps. We talked about compensation, and I shared my current earnings and benefits. They said the pay for the job opening was about the same or less. It felt like they were looking for reasons *not* to want the job; the last interview with the sales manager was really negative. Like, only if you're out of a job and need work... their Google reviews aren't great either.

The entire interview process was a waste of time. Leadership has no idea how to ask the right questions. The “Regional” barely asked me any job experience questions and all communication was via text - very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this group as you will get no where - how are you going to tell a candidate that the one sole difference is experience in the role that you also had experience in. I am extremely happy to NOT join such a poor organization full of leaders that should NOT be in a leadership role.
