Sales
Extensive interview process. Interviewed by the Board of Directors, Corporate President, and COO. Then the Corporate President found it difficult to accept a good candidate, always wanting to hold out and see if someone else would surface.

Operations Manager
The interview process at CSafe was pretty structured and respectful, with a few different stages. It was a mix of online and in-person interviews with some of the leaders there. Over a few weeks, I had five interviews. They started with HR screening, then went into technical and operational stuff, my leadership style, and if I was a good fit for the company’s mission. Each step dug deeper into my experience, how I solve problems, and if I could handle working in international operations. Even though I didn't get the job, I really respected how professional the process was and the chance to talk with a global company doing important work. For people applying next, I'd say get ready to talk a lot about improving processes, KPIs, and how you work with different teams, especially when things are moving fast and there's a lot of responsibility.

Product Manager
They said they needed to fill this role fast, thinking it would be about 3-4 interviews. But it dragged on for more than 4 months and we ended up having 7 interviews plus a case study. Then, after 3 months, I got an email saying the company had reorganized and the role was changing. I tried to get some feedback, but they just ghosted me.
- Would you be okay with our new requirement of being in the office 4 days a week?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was done over Teams and it was a really nice and positive experience. We had a good rapport and I was able to really understand the job and the company, what they expect from me, and what I can get out of it.
