First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crystal Window & Door Systems.
Human Resources Assistant
So for the HR Assistant position, the interview process started with a written test. This test had three parts. First, an attention to detail part with like 50 questions where you match letters, numbers, and symbols. Then, a language and writing part where you had to translate a short paragraph into Chinese, write a quick memo, and do a typing test. Finally, there was a math and logic part with some high school level arithmetic and reasoning questions. After that, we had an interview with the HR team, and then a final one with the HR manager.

Sales Representative
I applied for Crystal via Monster.com and they got in touch about 2-3 weeks after I graduated, right when I was doing interviews for finals. It ended up being 3 interviews. The first one involved filling out forms, so I arrived early. Then I waited in a conference room for about 15-30 minutes. Someone came, reviewed my application, and told me the only opening was Counter Sales Representative, asking if I was interested, which I was. They also mentioned the manager wanted to interview me. I scheduled the second interview during the first one because they seemed interested but wanted to know more. This second interview was quick, with the counter sales manager and an HR person. I mentioned having another interview that week, and they asked me to confirm my interest by Friday. I interviewed elsewhere but decided Crystal was more keen. I emailed them since my calls weren't getting through, and they replied faster. The third interview was brief, covering the job, benefits, and other details. I accepted the offer during this third interview and started the following Monday.

Customer Service Representative
The whole thing took about 2 hours. They kept me waiting alone in different rooms for a while between assessments and paperwork. I was told to bring my resume, but they already had it from Indeed. HR gave me a heads-up about filling out paperwork and interviewing with the manager, and a walk-through, but that didn't happen. I sat in a small room and filled out a form with my personal info and salary expectations, which I wasn't totally comfortable with since I didn't have the job yet. Then I did a 15-minute timed assessment on writing an email and matching letters/numbers. The room had no clock, and the lady who gave me the test didn't stick around, so I just waited until she came back. After more waiting while she processed my forms, I moved to another room. Finally, two supervisors interviewed me. I learned that besides being a CSR, I'd also be an assistant to the manager, which wasn't mentioned before. The HR lady who led me through said the manager would be back in 2 weeks and I'd get a response then, but I never heard back.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your understanding of our company?
- Can you share an instance where you had to manage a challenging customer interaction?
Accountant
Stage 1 - got a call from their HR/hiring department asking me to come in for an interview. Stage 2 - interviewed with HR representative. Went over resume and completed a written accounting test. Test consisted of Dr and Cr related questions, situation-based questions, how to record a sale with a return/discount. Stage 3 - interviewed with CFO. Went over the role in-depth. Went over results of the written test and asked many classroom-style accounting related questions.
