The whole thing took about a month to get an offer. The process had four interviews: a recruiter prescreen, a cold call exercise, a presentation, and then a chat with the CEO and VP. I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. It took a bit longer than expected because a bunch of people were out on PTO during the time I was interviewing, but everyone I spoke to was super friendly and really seemed interested in getting to know me.

I applied through a recruiter who was super friendly. I had my onsite interview and met the team, who seemed young and friendly. The hiring manager told me to take a few days to consider the offer, but then got upset when I didn't reply the next day. He stopped emailing me, but someone more senior reached out about a month and a half later to continue the process, which I didn't respond to.

there were 3 rounds for the interview. A senior management person stayed in touch with us all throughout the hiring process. they were building an offshore team back then. they decided to meet us for a lunch treat instead of a formal onsite interview, which made me say yes. it wasn't just for the free lunch, but meeting them in person gave me a feel for the company culture.
