First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crypto.com.
Customer Service Representative
It started with an email and phone call with the recruiter, then I had a video interview with two people from the company. It wasn't too hard, and I'm a native English speaker. They also asked me if I knew about crypto.
- What do you consider good customer service?
- Can you walk through a brief customer service simulation?
Customer Service Representative
It was pretty straightforward and easy, just the standard interview questions. I had info about the company and my experience/skills ready and got the job. The interviewers were nice and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout.
- Can you describe a difficult customer interaction you've handled in the past?
Customer Service Representative
The interviewer asked hardly any questions, mainly focusing on my previous experience and salary expectations. Communication was poor, with a very noisy background. The overall interview atmosphere was negatively impacted by the busy and loud background voices.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your past work experience.
- What are your salary expectations?
