Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crypto.com.
Associate
the overall interview process was not bad, the managers were quite nice. i had 3 rounds in total, including 2 manager interviews and an avp interview. the interviews were quite easy, mostly focusing on usual self-introductions and basic questions.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What motivates you to join us?
- Are you familiar with CDC?
Customer Associate
I applied at crypto.com for the position of a customer associate with 2 languages. First, I had to answer 14 questions and video record myself. Then, I had a video call where the manager asked some questions and we did a job simulation. He sent me a link with the FAQ and then turned off his camera and mic, and started a chat. You just need to quickly navigate among the questions and be polite. Later, I had an interview in my second language just to check my level.
- What do you think might demotivate you?
- What are your thoughts on what might demotivate you?
Associate
The interview process included 4 rounds plus a lengthy take-home case study with no deadline. They did offer me a job but then took it back without a reason. Bad and disrespectful experience overall.
- Are you an investor in cryptocurrency?
