First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cryoport.
QA Specialist
I went through six interview rounds for a mid-level role, but there was no set timeline. The whole process felt long and unorganized, like they didn't value my time. It felt like I was a backup option while they looked elsewhere.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Design and Manufacturing Engineer
The interview process was informative and efficient, without unnecessary tests or numerous interview rounds. It started with a straightforward initial screening, followed by a single panel interview with potential team members. This provided a good opportunity to meet the team and understand the company's dynamics. The interview itself was thorough but didn't take up the entire day.
- How would your previous experience be relevant to this role?
Technical Writer
I met with the VP of Quality Assurance and a senior QA specialist. They asked about my past experience and then explained the responsibilities of the role. It was a pretty straightforward interview, nothing tricky.
- Tell me about your familiarity with CMS.
- Are you familiar with ISO standards?
Accounting
It was a long process with many people involved. The prospects looked good and the team seemed engaged. I really appreciated the frequent feedback. The new facility in Irvine will make the job environment much better, with improvements to parking and dining options for lunch.
- Can you tell me about your past leadership experiences?
- What is your approach to work ethic?
