First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crumbl HQ.
Paid Media Specialist
The marketing team is friendly, kind, and respectful. Very communicative and honest on the hiring process. They were not intimidating and seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know you and what you could bring to the Crumbl team.
- What are you seeking in your next position?
Production Coordinator
I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview, followed by a second in-person interview, and then a panel interview. It was a really good and easy experience, and I enjoyed getting to meet the recruiter and see the office.
- Can you tell me what you're seeking in this position?
- Describe your approach to collaborating with various teams.
Project Manager
The interview was really good and I was directly told I would be moving on. But then there was no communication after that and I got no update on why I wasn't moving forward. I'm wondering if the job role was removed or if something else was going on. There's no info and it was a complete waste of my time interviewing with the company. The communication internally and externally to candidates was really bad, and recruiting needs to be way better.
- What improvements would you suggest for Crumbl?
Social Community Specialist
The recruiter was friendly and easy to schedule with. This was for a low-paying, part-time job, which felt like a lot of grilling for $16 an hour, honestly. I remember interviews for lower-paying jobs being simpler before, usually with just one hiring manager. When I mentioned remote work as a future goal, which works for my family, they acted like I was crazy. I get that company policy prefers full-timers in the office, but it wasn't a fit and felt like a waste of time. It's confusing to advertise a remote role and then be surprised when people want to stay remote. I'll just laugh it off and move on.
