It was super easy and only took about 10 minutes. They hardly asked anything, mostly just about my availability. After they hired me, I started working and then moved into the shift lead role.

The interview process at my location was pretty relaxed. I was asked to talk a bit about myself and my availability for work, along with some straightforward questions about me. The Manager conducted the interview, and he's the best! (I might be a bit biased since I've been here over 3 years, but I've heard good things about him from others too!)

Easy interview, where they asked me to explain my previous work experience and how I can be beneficial to their fast pace environment. They also wanted to know how I can work with a sense of urgency. They mentioned full availability is also a plus being a manager so you can see your team morning and night.

I had a phone interview where they asked basic questions. They didn't offer benefits and the pay was low. I got a text for my job offer. When I inquired about two California labor laws, they rescinded the offer. The laws were about compensation for a new Food handler's license and using my personal phone for work-related updates before I was even onboarded.
