The interview was set up on time and everyone was professional, but the interviewers were kind of junior and mostly had software backgrounds. They didn't really get the automotive stuff and couldn't assess my experience well.

  • Tell me about your program execution style.
  • How do you handle behavioral and problem-solving situations and what accomplishments have you had?

It was a solid interview process. Started with a phone screen, then a video interview, followed by a day-long interview loop in person at SF HQ, and then a follow-up video interview. The interviewers were really prepared and we had very candid and open conversations. I learned a lot about the role, the team, and the company. I felt informed throughout the whole process. The recruiter and recruiting coordinator were great and I felt I could reach out anytime.

Confirmed questions1 question

I applied online and got called in for an interview. The interview process was okay and the recruiter did a great job of keeping me updated. What was very off for me is the lack of diversity and inclusiveness that they have on the team is mind baffling. I got interviewed by a panel of all-male (8) employees. I am currently interviewing with other companies but I was completely surprised when I saw there was not a single female employee included in the interview process. I didn't get the offer which I am okay with it but I am pretty sure they have opted for another male candidate for the role. Advice to the management, please open up your eyes and work on bringing a more diverse and inclusive workforce - it is healthy for any organization!

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was easy, but the panel was all whitewashed.
