Got contacted about a week after applying. First I talked to the CIO and Director of Technology. Then I had my second round with the Lead Developer and a PM.

The interview started with a short phone call, then I had an in-person interview with two people. It wasn't too hard, they mainly wanted to gauge my personality and job skills. Just try to stay positive, the questions weren't difficult.

The whole interview process took about three weeks. It started with a phone call with HR, then about a week later, an on-site interview with hiring management. Another week after that, there was a final on-site interview with the department leadership. Everyone seemed really nice, and they kept talking about 'when you work here,' so I thought I'd definitely get a call back. I followed up with an email five days after the last interview, but I got completely ghosted and never heard back. It was pretty unprofessional, especially considering the time I put in.

I started with a screening call from HR (they call themselves the People & Culture Dept.). I also had to complete a questionnaire that felt too basic for the role, which wasn't entry-level. After that, I interviewed with Senior Management. I thought it went great and I was really anticipating the next step. When I tried to follow up by phone and email with the People & Culture Dept., I got no response back. They had said I'd hear back either way, but they ghosted me. I was given a tour and introduced to the team, which made me feel they were interested. I still haven't heard back as promised. The office setup also seemed concerning from a COVID-safety perspective, with people working very close together in open spaces.
