We did a quick phone chat first, then an in-person meeting. They gave a short typing test to make sure you can type with both hands perfectly. They talked a lot, sharing lots of info, rather than asking tons of questions.

One of the two interviewers seemed disengaged and was difficult to understand, often staring off and taking a very long time to respond. The hiring decision hinges on the drug screening: if you're asked to do one, you're hired; otherwise, you likely won't hear back.

The interviewer was nice and asked me why I'm going for this job with my IT background. I told her my IT job search was taking too long because there are too many candidates and not enough jobs. After that, I did an online personality test that had some strange questions, like if office fist fighting is okay. I even made a joke in my thank you email about punching people being part of the job. A few days later, they offered me the job.
