They asked behavioral questions, questions about religious convictions, conflict management, and my working style. Each person on the panel asked 2-3 questions.

The interview process starts with a telephone call where we'll discuss your personal profile, your knowledge of the industry, and your motivation. Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was actually called a "preview" so I didn't really know that I was coming in for an interview...I just thought I was taking a preview of the ministry. After I arrived, I was taken to each department for about 5-10 minutes and introduced to that department head who explained what they did (ex. National, International, Finance, HR, Resources, Prayer, Marketing). Then I finally ended up in the office of my supervisor who had a copy of my resume. That's when the job interview and offer actually took place.
