The interview process was quick, clear and efficient. It made me feel at ease. The people were friendly. I had to do a small presentation and answer questions. I had the chance to ask questions at the end.

It was a long interview process. First, there was a written test, then a screening interview, and finally a full interview. They went silent for months after that, even though I followed up a lot. Really unprofessional. I suspect they're just surveying the market for available talent instead of actively trying to hire someone. Don't waste your time if they offer you an interview.

Presentation Technical

HR contacted me about 2 months after I applied. The first step was to write a 90-minute report using data about an aluminium product. It seemed more about storytelling than complex data analysis. After I did the exercise, there was no follow-up or feedback, even when I emailed a month later asking for an update. The company is well-regarded, but the HR and application process seemed pretty disorganized.
