Relationship Manager
Everyone I talked to was great and easy to chat with. They were happy to answer questions and have a conversation. The whole thing was quick and simple, with just 3 interviews total, including one with the HR coordinator.
- Can you tell me about your experience relevant to this position?
Residential Specialist
Your first interview is a mock roll play. They'll give you a property address to research, and then you have to "pitch" it to a prospective client. It goes really smoothly if you're ready for it, you just need to be prepared. The two interviewers were really helpful and knew a lot.
- You have to pitch a property to a client in a mock call.
Supervisor
Once you submit your resume, expect a call from a recruiter or HR for a general phone screening. If they like you, they'll set up an in-office meeting. There, you'll meet 1-3 people who will go over your resume, experience, and see if you fit the company culture. If things go well, they might have you meet more people that day or schedule follow-up interviews. After about 1-3 interviews, they'll contact you to talk about training and the job offer.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?
Residence Specialist
Had 1 phone and 2 zoom interviews with hiring managers. The team seems to prefer only females and has issues hiring skilled male military veterans. I thought I interviewed well, but surprisingly didn't get an offer. I think it's for the best given the negative company reviews. Hard pass.
- Tell me about a time...
