Technical Case

The interview process was fair and fun, a bit informal. The case study was very similar to the go-to tasks of the job itself, and it allowed the task to be completed in either python or excel.

It was pretty chill, everyone was really nice and seemed interested in getting to know you. There were three parts to it: an interview, a case study, and a group exercise. They wanted to see how quickly you could think, but overall it was a really fun experience.

Behavioral

The interview process involved questions that were specific to the job, particularly focusing on experiences related to diversity and inclusion. The panel members took turns asking questions, which felt a bit unnecessary. It's important to note that I'm describing my experiences from the perspective of interviewing others. At CRS, decisions are ultimately made by consensus.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was well-organized, with a friendly reception and all participants prepared. All relevant colleagues were present. Essentially, the head of research spoke. It was a very informative conversation. Overall, however, it felt impersonal, and I didn't get the sense they were truly interested in me. I got the impression they are eager to fill the position, and the candidate's personality is secondary.
