The interview felt pretty standard with laid-back, outgoing interviewers who were straightforward about the job expectations and what they wanted.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.

They asked me about my availability and my long-term career goals. They were worried I might be overqualified, but I explained I was looking for more stable hours compared to my previous job, and my main motivation was to spend more time with my son. I was thankful to get an offer, though I wasn't sure they'd pick me after the interview.
- Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Office Manager
It was a pretty straightforward process for this small business. There were two in-person interviews. One involved a math test and a personality test. The hiring manager, who is also the owner, seemed really focused on getting a sense of my personality. He seems like a great person to work for.
- Can you introduce yourself?

It was an average interview that lasted about 10-15 minutes. I applied on Indeed and they got back to me the next day for an interview. They asked some basic questions like "Why do you want to work here?". I wasn't expecting a spelling test, but they asked me to spell accomplishment, anniversary, and congratulations. They mentioned they had other interviews to do and would contact me back, but it's been over a month with no word.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
- Could you spell 'accomplishment' for us?
