First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crown Staffing.
Recruiter
I had a quick meeting with HR for my first interview, and I found the experience to be very professional. I was impressed by the prompt response I received regarding the job offer. The dress code for the workplace is business casual.
- Can you share some common behavioral questions?
- How would you handle specific scenarios?
Staffing Coordinator
The interview process was quick and nice. I went in 3 times total, because of my schedule. They were flexible with me. First meeting was with the Office manager. Second meeting was with the Branch manager, and they had me fill out the hire packet.
- Depending on who you talk to, the questions will differ.
- Just be sincere and the questions won't be too hard.
- They always asked a follow-up question for every answer I gave.
Administrative Assistant
I got a call from an agency that found my resume on Career Builder. I initially said no to a temp job, but the recruiter was super persistent and talked me into doing some skill tests for excel, word, powerpoint, typing, and 10 key. After I finished those, she called back and asked me to come in for an interview. The office was really small and messy the next day, with falling and stained ceiling tiles and stuff everywhere. The interview happened in the only room they had. It was super fast and easy. She just asked a few simple questions and said she'd be in touch if a company liked my resume.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
