The head of HR emailed me after I applied to ask about my salary expectations. He said this was important before we spoke. He then said he would share their salary after I stated I was flexible and asked what they were looking for. We then had an hour-long call where he asked some prepared questions and then asked about salary again. After not hearing anything for a week, I got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward. I emailed the interviewer for feedback but never heard back, which is funny considering how fast he was to ask non-interview related questions at the start.

The interview process was pretty smooth and they kept me in the loop. It took about a month in total. There were four main stages: first a recruiter chat, then two interviews with VPs, then one with an SVP, and I also had to do a creative assessment.
