It was 4 rounds of interviews. The recruiters were incompetent and wasted my time. They put me through exhaustive screening, had me do their job for them, and then rejected me without any feedback. The recruiting team should retire, their methods are dated.

Behavioral Presentation Other

This was a terrible interview experience. I'm at a manager level and have interviewed with top companies before, but never experienced such a disregard for my time as I did with Crowdstrike. After three interviews, I was asked to prepare a presentation. Additionally, I had two separate Zoom calls with the recruiter and hiring manager where they kept asking if I was still interested and how I was feeling, which felt like a waste of my time after multiple interviews. I was told there would be a fifth interview step, even though the process was initially described as having four interviews. It was a very long, drawn-out, and disorganized process. I wasn't planning to accept the offer even if it was extended. Four interviews, two Zoom calls, and one recruiter screen for a recruiter role. It's unbelievable.

It was a 3 stage process, starting with the hiring manager and then meeting some of the team members. They asked a mix of direct, competency, and scenario based questions. I got the offer about a week after the final interview.
