First, an HR interview, then you'll meet with the Hiring Manager. After that, there's a role-play where you'll discover and qualify a customer, followed by a presentation about your strengths, weaknesses, why you're a good fit, and how you'd approach the role. Finally, you'll interview with a channel partner.

This was possibly the worst interview process I've experienced. The recruiter wasn't responsive throughout, and I followed up multiple times. I completed two rounds and then was ghosted. The whole thing was disappointing and unorganized.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and the first thing was a call with the recruiter. They were really great and kept me updated and helped me get ready for the next interviews. On that first call, we talked about my background, my current job stats, and why I wanted to work at CrowdStrike. After that, I chatted with one of the managers. They asked about my current job and told me what the role was all about. Then, I had a video meeting with three other managers and the Director. Since I'm new to the industry, they wanted to know what skills I have that would work here and how fast I could get up to speed.
