First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crowdstaffing.
Desktop Engineer
The interview was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screen, then I had a one-on-one with the hiring manager. The background check took a while, almost two weeks, but it was worth it in the end. The benefits are good and the team seems great.
- Can you discuss your previous roles and how your experience would be beneficial for this position if you were to be offered it?
Legal Assistant
They were very responsive and supportive throughout the entire interview process. Anytime I had a question, they were really helpful. I had a great time interviewing with Crowdstaffing.
- Can you tell me about your legal field experience?
- What are your professional aspirations?
- Describe your teamwork abilities.
Quality Engineer
The technical interview was good, the interviewer was helpful and gave me time to answer and explain my thoughts. The next interview was with a freelance manager. Their attitude was not great. HR did not provide clear feedback on why I was rejected.
- Can you explain the STLC stages?
- Could you define defect priority?
- Describe a situation where defect spillage occurred from your end and detail how you managed it.
Recruitment Coordinator
Someone from LinkedIn with a blank profile pic reached out and insisted on a phone call. They had a strong accent and asked for my middle name and DOB, which felt a bit strange.
- Could you share your middle name?
- What is your date of birth?
