It was pretty disorganized. They were really communicative at first, and the interviews seemed to go okay. But then there was just silence while I waited for an offer. I had to chase them myself to get an update. They knew I had other offers and was trying to decide, and they kept telling me (after 48hr delays) that a decision was coming that week, until they just stopped replying. The interviews were unstructured, they asked weird questions for a senior leader, one person didn't even show up, and I noticed a lot of red flags about the culture and business that made sense later when they strung me along and ghosted me.

It was a long process. First, there was a screener call. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I had a panel interview, which was actually four interviews back-to-back on the same day. The final round involved about six people, and I presented my homework assignment. The assignment itself was kind of unclear and didn't seem to make much sense. They knew I had another offer with a deadline, but they didn't get back to me by the date we agreed on. After all the interviews and the homework, they rejected me with a generic email, and I didn't get any feedback.

So I went through 3 rounds with Crowdbotics. First was an intro call, which was super chill. The person just read out the job description, barely asked me anything except salary stuff, how I felt about the job, and my experience with contractors. They even turned off their video, so it really didn't feel like an interview. Then there was this descriptive questionnaire, which was basically everything from the intro call but written down. It felt pretty redundant. After that, I had a call with the management team. It was alright, they talked about the role, but honestly, it didn't seem to match the job description at all. It was way more about managing the crowd and keeping contractors happy, not really about hiring or recruitment. The whole thing was a mess, I had to chase them for responses multiple times. Even after these 3 rounds, it seems like there were still 4 more to go before an offer. They emailed asking for my availability for next week, and then I got another email saying I was rejected.
