Applied for the role after seeing it posted multiple times since September/October 2025. The interview journey kicked off with two separate recruiter screening calls, each lasting around 45 minutes to an hour, which felt a bit repetitive. Then, I had a chat with the Chief Ops person, who explained that the role was part of a push to grow their partnerships and that they hadn't found the 'right fit' yet despite interviewing many folks. Although the conversation went smoothly, it made me wonder if they'd clearly figured out what they were after in this position. Following that, I spoke with the Chief Sales person, and this was the most fruitful discussion in the whole process. She seemed to grasp the importance of partnerships, ecosystem alignment, and sales really well. The final stage was a panel interview with three executives. This part felt tougher because there seemed to be some internal confusion about how partnerships, ecosystem strategy, sales, product, marketing, and so on, all mesh together. After this interview, which went over an hour, I heard nothing back from the recruiter. Even after sending a few follow-up emails, I never got a response or an update on where things stood. Basically, the whole experience suggested that better internal coordination during the hiring process would be good, and that candidates who put in significant time over several weeks or months would appreciate at least an email acknowledging their effort.

I had two interviews with two different managers, and it seemed to go pretty standardly. The hiring manager said they were preparing an offer, but then communication got really spotty. I had to chase them for any kind of update. They got back to me saying there were budget cuts and couldn't meet my salary needs, even though it was in the job posting's range. They mentioned still working on an offer, but then ghosted my calls and emails for weeks. The job is now relisted with the exact same salary range. It was pretty disappointing not to get any communication after being led to believe an offer was coming.

My interview experience with this company was great and very efficient. It started with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn about a month ago. Then, I had a 25-minute phone screen with the recruiter. The next week, I interviewed with two consultants from the team. About a week after that, I got a call with an offer. I really liked how quick the whole process was, from the first contact to the offer, and how friendly and professional everyone was. The communication was also very clear. I'm really excited to get the offer and start working there!

My interview experience was quite a rollercoaster. It started in September 2023. The first step was a phone screening, which I felt went really well, and I got moved to the next stage. The second step was supposed to be a Teams meeting with the Staffing Department Manager. But, there were some scheduling mix-ups. I had to chase the recruiter because she accidentally booked it for the wrong day and time. She was out of town and didn't get back to me for a week, even though I'd already contacted someone else. I juggled things around to make the original time, but no one showed up for the meeting. When it was rescheduled, the manager was sick that day. I was rescheduled again, and this time it happened, but I was just having an off day. I didn't think it went great, but at the end, he mentioned the recruiter would call to set up the next round. I asked about the total number of rounds, and he said there were two more. I figured my qualifications were a good fit and I had a good connection with the recruiter from the initial call, so I was hopeful about the remaining rounds. I thanked him and that was that. It's been four weeks since, and I haven't heard anything, even after texting, calling, and emailing. They completely ghosted me instead of just telling me it didn't work out. It's really disappointing to put in all the effort to prepare, put other things on hold, get excited, and then just be ghosted.
