First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crossroads Care Center.
Receptionist
The interview went okay until the very end. I asked about the pay for the position, but the interviewer couldn't tell me. She said she'd let me know on the callback about the position, which I never got.
- Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations in customer service.
Registered Nurse
It was tedious. They asked a lot of questions. The interviewer spoke highly of the company, but the staff only stay out of responsibility for the people. They have a low staff ratio and high turnover, making it impossible to do your best work in these conditions.
- Are you interested in this position?
- Tell me about your experience as a Registered Nurse.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview process was just one round, and I spoke with the director of Nursing. They asked general questions that weren't too difficult. The interviewer was kind, but make sure to double-check which position you'll be filling, as I was hired for one shift but then scheduled for a different one.
- Describe a situation where you showed your multitasking skills.
