Manager
So first there was this AI interview, then I had to do some cognitive tests, which were timed. Like 50 questions in 15 minutes. Then there was a skill-based test and then a proctored test.
- The AI asked all the questions.
Content Writer
I applied for a Content Writer job using LinkedIn easy apply. Soon after, I had to take a timed cognitive test with 50 random questions in 15 minutes, no calculator or internet allowed. It felt like a stressful trivia game, not related to writing. This was annoying because content writing needs creativity, research, and communication skills, which this test didn't check. The company said the test was "scientifically proven" to find the top 1% talent, but I think it just tests how well people handle pressure and excludes good writers who prefer thoughtful work. The whole process felt impersonal and didn't focus on finding good writers, more on filtering people out.

Software Engineer
The interview process involving the CCAT is straightforward. You apply and might take the CCAT online. Once done, we evaluate the results with other assessments. If successful, you'll move on to more interviews or get a job offer.
- The CCAT evaluates your problem-solving, critical thinking, and learning abilities.
- Questions may include verbal, mathematical, spatial reasoning, and logical puzzles.
Front End Engineer
First up is an online cognitive test, about 15 mins with 50 questions on reasoning skills. Then, an AI assesses your spoken English by having you repeat sentences of increasing difficulty. Next, you'll do a real project and record a video explaining your code review process for it. After that, there are 2 interview rounds: one technical, one with the hiring manager. Be careful about resigning before getting an offer; if you resign and then fail the proctored test, you'll have nothing. Finally, there's a proctored CCAT, a repeat of the first one, but you're watched. Only pen and paper allowed. You need to get 35/50, so aim for about 15 seconds per question. Lots of practice material online.
- Can you explain Angular Injector Tokens?
