After my application was received, I was sent to a test center to complete a bunch of tests. There was this really bad psychometric test that I failed the first time, but they let me retake it, and I passed. However, I failed the technical proficiency part. Like others, I found this 6+ step process to be awful and humiliating. I have a high-level degree and the company's whole vibe is about hiring smart people. But they test this using these crazy tests and assessments. I don't want to be evaluated by AI. The whole process felt so impersonal. If you're a robot, this might be your place. Otherwise, save yourself the time and don't apply.

This was a complete waste of time! I've been through many interviews, but this was something else. They made me take a 50 question aptitude test in under 15 minutes. The test is completely gamed and has trick questions. I don't see how this proves someone can do the job. I've been a network engineer for over 5 years, troubleshooting, configuring, designing, and implementing complex networks. A gimmicky aptitude test can't disprove my ability to engineer and support enterprise networks. HR should rethink their hiring strategy. What a joke.

It was about 7 rounds to get the offer. Started with general questions, then moved to Math, English, and Logical reasoning. There was a technical part with a coding challenge, and also audio recordings of 5 questions about things like your skills, achievements, past mistakes, and assumptions.
