The interview process started with a screening call where they asked about my education. Then, there was an aptitude test with logical reasoning questions, followed by a technical skills test focusing on manual testing. Finally, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss my previous experience and client needs.

So we had like 4 rounds. First was an aptitude test with logical, maths, and english questions, and vocabulary. Then there was an english audio recording session where I had to record myself speaking about my past experience and work. After that, there was a technical round which was a written test. Lastly, there was another technical round which was an interview.

The interview process lasted over a month with various assessments, and I never reached the actual interview stage. It felt like a waste of time. First, there was a 15-minute psychometric test with 50 questions. If you spent too long on math problems, you wouldn't finish, leading to failure. I passed this with 80% accuracy. Then, I had to submit an audio recording answering 5 common HR questions. I'm unsure if I passed this, but I advanced. The next stage involved more logic tests, which I passed easily with 90%. After that was the 'Pre-Work' to prepare for the actual QA tasks. I completed the pre-work and scheduled the proctored QA assessment. This involved 5 test cases within 50 minutes via Zoom. Unfortunately, their test environment had issues, and the proctor didn't help. After waiting over a week for results, I was told I had to redo the proctored assessment due to an environment error. I rescheduled and took the test again, focusing on manual testing given my experience. Two days later, I received an email stating I failed and wouldn't be endorsed for an interview, with no explanation of where I went wrong. It felt like another waste of time.
