So, it was mostly about my current job, like the work I do now, which is similar to this role. First, I did an online skills test. If it was like a hiring tournament, you get the results back faster. If you pass that, they put you in a marketplace. Then, if they need someone, a hiring manager schedules an interview. It's basically about the work we do and any questions I might have.

A recruiter reached out, quite insistent about joining a tournament. The recruitment process itself is online and seems well-organized with online signups, reminders, and clear explanations from the host. It's quite challenging, involving multiple-choice questions, videos, presentations, reviewing lengthy documents, and a CCAT test. While they say it takes 3 hours, it's more like 5-6 hours. I didn't get an answer within the promised timeframe, but it came a bit later with minimal details, just a thank you and good luck. After investing 6 hours, some feedback on where I stood would have been appreciated, but it was just frustrating. I was skeptical due to negative Glassdoor reviews but decided to put in the effort. The tournament is well-organized, but unlike other recruitment processes, there's no feedback, making it impossible to score myself or learn from the experience.

I did about 4 hours of assessments for a job that crossover.com says they are recruiting for. There are still hours of assessments left, and I don't know if it's worth my time to finish. There was no hiring manager listed, no way to contact the company, and absolutely no feedback other than automated scores. Should I wait? For how long? Am I still being considered? Have I been eliminated? I have no idea and there's no way to find out. The cognitive test was easy to get a top score on, but I'm not sure why I did it.
