Java Software Engineer
I still can't believe my eyes. I had a 3-hour tech screen, passed it, and scheduled an interview with Guru. But this company stopped my hiring process and closed the application because: "Hope you're having a nice day! I have a very important update regarding this Java Software Engineer opportunity you're pursuing. We’re excited to announce that we’re updating our current format to a faster and more competitive hiring process. Therefore, we’re closing our recruitment session for this role and we're inviting you to attend a webinar on Saturday, February 3rd at 1 pm UTC. You can REGISTER TO THE EVENT HERE." It is so unfair! Don't waste your time with them.

Senior Java Developer
The test focused on theoretical knowledge and things a smart Java developer would avoid. I didn't pass. The questions were really confusing and the coding puzzles didn't follow HackerRank's instructions. The test quality was bad. I'd say to avoid this company because their screening process is so poor.
- What are your thoughts on JSP?
- Regarding creating Integer instances, which approach does not yield a new instance?
- Can you elaborate on generics?
Java Architect
it was a 3 phase process. first there was a domain architect and java test, then a spring boot project, and finally a job interview where i had to prepare a brief report about my approach to the problem and any coding issues i noticed.
- Tell me about spring, hibernate, and js frameworks.
- What is your experience with project management?
- How do you approach domain architecture and Java testing?
