The online assessment was kinda tough. I cleared the first test with a 70% score, but the second test, which had 50 questions to be answered in 15 minutes, I got 86% and it was still a fail. The questions were simpler than SATs, mainly pattern recognition and basic math problems. It had nothing to do with the skills I've gained from my education and three master's degrees, nor did it align with the current career skills needed for this type of work and position. The standards felt inconsistent, and at one point, I felt like I was part of an experiment with the testing system. I'm curious if anyone has actually passed it.

The whole process was online. It started with a basic fit questionnaire to ensure I had the necessary experience and qualifications. Then, there was a 15-minute CCAT aptitude test, followed by an English recording task. After that, a skills assessment was administered, which was a straightforward multiple-choice test focused on accounting and finance, relevant to the role. The final stage was a 2-hour free response section, conducted under live monitoring. I successfully passed all these stages. It took over two weeks to get the results for the free response section, and at that point, my application status showed 'passed'. However, a few days later, I received an email stating I wasn't selected and was advised to study more and reapply in six months. I know I didn't perform well in the live test, and it's still frustrating that my application status was initially updated to 'passed' only to be changed later.

I went through over 2 hours of basic fit and psychometric tests, then language and free response tests. The last part had 3 tasks that were pretty easy once the technical issues, which Crossover failed to fix, were overcome. I was then told I failed with 29% ! Given my 20+ years of experience and senior roles, I asked for detailed feedback, finding the low score very strange. My request was denied, and I wasn't allowed to see my results or mistakes. It all felt very odd and suspicious, and like others, I felt my application was a waste of time. Crossover's service is very unprofessional, and I don't recommend it.
