First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crossmarket Solutions.
Sales Representative
The interview process involved 3 rounds, which felt long and unnecessary. After accepting the job, there was an expectation to learn everything immediately. This led to me leaving the job, and they subsequently refused to provide my paycheck, which I still haven't received. This company was terrible. Initially, I thought they were nice, honest people, but that wasn't the case.
- Are you seeking a job or a career?
Marketing Associate
The whole thing took about 3 days. First, we had a one-on-one, in-person chat. I really liked that it felt like a real conversation and not like someone just talking at me. It was super chill, no pressure at all! The second meeting was more in-depth, covering the company's history and future growth. They were also upfront about pay, mentioning competitive hourly/salary rates, so the whole experience was quite informative.
- What led you to discover our company?
Client Service Representative
The interview had a great atmosphere with music playing and a passionate manager. The people were nice. It's a business professional dress code. Make sure to come prepared with questions. There were 3 rounds. The first was a meet and greet, and the second went more in-depth about job duties.
- What is your motivation for being here?
Marketing
The interview process was smooth. I sat down and the interviewer explained what they do at Crossmark and their goals. Then we talked to see if it would be a good fit for me and the company.
- What are your expectations from your next employer?
