After applying online, I dropped off my resume in person. HR reached out a few days later and we scheduled an interview for about a week and a half out. The interview itself was with the Division Manager, Area Superintendent, and HR. They asked some questions about my qualifications and background. The interview seemed to go well, and everyone was pleased with the outcome. The interviewers were experienced, friendly, and professional, making me feel like I was their top candidate from the start.
