Then, the second interview was with the service desk manager. This interview included basic IT questions like how you assist someone who cannot connect a dual monitor and keyboard connection issues.

My interview experience with Crossfuze was really good. The team was super professional and friendly, making me feel welcome over the four rounds. They communicated clearly and on time, which made everything feel easy and nice. Even though I didn't get the offer, I get that it's part of hiring. I wish I'd gotten some feedback though, since I worked hard to prepare. Getting feedback would have been helpful for growing and made the experience even better. Still, I'm thankful for the chance and the nice chats with the Crossfuze team.

My first contact with CrossFuze was with one of their new hires who had interned with them before joining them full time. He was extremely kind and helpful with information about how to succeed in getting a job at CrossFuze. He also sent me a detailed email with his tips on how to get hired by CrossFuze. The tips were basically to show how I am self-motivated and show how I can learn quickly. There was a little more to it, of course. I had two interviews with CrossFuze. The first was with the HR manager who simply was interviewing me to find out if I would be a good fit with the team in terms of getting along well with their environment. He didn't ask anything weird. I didn't even really feel like it was an interview. It felt more like a Hangout. The HR manager was extremely kind. He emailed me soon after our interview to let me know that I would be having a second interview with the owners themselves. The interview with the owners, Mark Stanger and Jacob Anderson, was as chill as my first interview. It was like I was talking with two buddies. They were thorough in their questions, however, and it was very clear that they have high expectations. After the interviews and finding out that they wanted to hire me, I immediately felt like I was part of the team. I was encouraged to email anyone in the company, including the owners, and to ask whatever questions I wanted. They were all very kind and helpful. The onboarding process included 4 days of well thought out training that really brought me up to speed on their product. I have been very impressed with them to this point and I am continuously amazed at the level of comradery and friendship as well as professionalism and ability to deliver.

I talked to HR first, and then really quickly, about 2 hours later, I spoke with the site manager. It was super chill back then. Now, that manager isn't there anymore, so they hit you with a bunch of tough tech questions. The company's trying to get better but still has that old-school vibe.
