Applied online, then had a phone chat with the recruitment manager. After that, I had another phone call with the hiring manager about the next steps. Finally, there were on-site interviews with the hiring manager and a meeting with people I might work with. Didn't get past the phone screen though, mainly due to compensation. The interview was pretty relaxed and they were upfront about the job and pay, which was nice.

I talked to a recruiter on the phone. Then I had a conversation with the CEO of MTG Services, who apparently does the hiring for CCM. This person was not prepared, was condescending and rude. They couldn't locate my resume, didn't explain anything about working for CCM (like benefits or why I'd want to join), interrupted me constantly, and didn't seem to listen to my answers, requiring me to repeat myself several times. After over 30 years of professional experience, including many years in C-suite roles, I was very unimpressed with this interviewer and questioned why such an individual would be responsible for recruiting at CCM.

First spoke with a recruiter on the phone and then had a first round interview via Microsoft Teams with two people, 30 minutes each. Unfortunately, the second interviewer didn't show up. The recruiter then wanted to bring me in for a final round of interviews in office. This round was about 2 hours with 4 people, 30 minutes each. Sadly, they didn't ask anything about the automation software they use. After the final round, I was told they'd get back to me by Tuesday, but after reaching out three days later, I never heard back.

I applied online and then got an email from HR pretty quickly to set up an interview for the next day. The HR person was nice and asked pretty typical questions. Then I had an in-person interview the week after with someone higher up in marketing. They didn't really ask me any questions, mostly just talked about the job and what it's like to work there. It felt like they were just trying to find someone to fill a spot. I sent a thank you email the day after, but I still haven't heard back. I followed up with both HR and the person I met with, and it's been about 3 weeks. Honestly, it seemed pretty disorganized and unprofessional not to respond at all.
