The whole thing was virtual, which I wasn't thrilled about since I would have rather done it in person. There were a few rounds of interviews and it was all the typical stuff, with a few unexpected questions thrown in, like asking me how I'd go about setting rates for specific loans.

I had an initial call, then a 3-person screen. Even though I was prepared and energetic, none of the four people I met seemed interested in interviewing me. During all the Zoom interviews, they kept looking away to other screens or their phones. I was only asked to "Tell me about yourself?" by one interviewer. It felt like a pathetic and embarrassing culture. After the screen interview, they totally ghosted me. I've been sending emails every two weeks as a joke asking if a decision has been made, just to annoy them.

I applied online and then got an email for a phone screen where I could pick the time and day. I chatted with the recruiter for about 20 minutes; they were really nice and helpful. After that, I got an email for an onsite interview with the hiring manager and HR. I was at the office for about an hour, met three people, and then they called me with an offer.
