I had a video interview. They asked the usual questions. They said I'd hear back in a week or two. After, I sent a thank you. Two weeks later, I followed up about progress but got no response.

The interview process was super thorough but friendly and positive. They did a good job highlighting the company perks and culture, giving a great impression. I interviewed with three employees and didn't meet the CEO, though I heard that's usually part of it. Since I applied for an entry-level role, they let me chat with someone at the same level to ask about the day-to-day, which made things feel more comfortable and welcoming.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was fun. My interviewer asked a few key questions, but mostly we had a nice chat about my background, interests, and experience. He shared info about the company's work and his role. He also showed off some of Crosby's recent projects, and I showed mine. We discovered a shared passion for design and talked about design styles before wrapping up. It was a fun experience overall.

It was a few rounds with different people on the team. They asked typical interview questions, like about your experience and how you handle situations. It kicked off with a screener, then you talked to the team members you'd be working with. It wasn't too hard.
