Behavioral Presentation

Got contacted after applying on LinkedIn. Recruiters were hard to understand. They'd harass with calls/texts/social media messages if you didn't reply quickly. Initially seemed diligent, but they missed several confirmed virtual interview appointments they set up for me and the client. In two instances, we couldn't join the meeting because the scheduler didn't admit us, so it had to be rescheduled. This felt very unprofessional. Realized it might be company culture. Was scheduled for a virtual meeting with a C-suite member about an offer. He didn't show up for the first meeting after I waited 10 minutes, no notice. Rescheduled, and he missed it again, no notice. Was told he'd call later that day. Asked him not to call after a certain late hour in my time zone. He called an hour after that time, offering no apology or explanation. After considering the offer, the role seemed like an order-taker, not consultative as pitched. Saw fake reviews mixed with negative ones, indicating a poorly run, untrustworthy company. Too many red flags.
