Project Manager
The interview process involved a video call with the recruiter, followed by a panel video interview with the hiring manager and the VP of Project Delivery. The final stage was to meet the team. While the process itself was straightforward, there was a delay in receiving the offer. The recruiter maintained contact during this waiting period, confirming the offer was still in progress and pending approval.
- Can you describe a project you've managed?
Project Manager
I had a pleasant meeting with someone from the company, they were really nice. The recruiter from the company, on the other hand, really lowballed me on the job title and how much they offered. Since I was new to the area and didn't know many people, I took the job anyway just to get started. Now it's tough to get promoted because I was lowballed from the beginning.

Senior Project Manager
I read Glassdoor reviews and knew the interview would be something. The interviewer was recently promoted and needed help. My level of experience usually means interviews are casual and straightforward. But from the start, the interviewer was awkward and made faces. Opening my CV with a sigh and a glare set the mood. Worst interviewer I've had in years. They didn't prep more than two questions or ask about my CV. Very weird, but I'm glad I didn't get the job since this person would've been my manager.
- Can you introduce yourself?
