The interview experience was pretty bad with the HR/talent acquisition intern. The first 30-minute call was supposed to be a "Phone Call" but ended up being a video call, which was unprofessional. The interviewer spent most of the time typing and didn't really respond to my answers. It seemed pointless to have a video call if she was just going to stare at her computer. After a good second interview with the hiring manager, I emailed HR for details about the job and timeline because I had another offer, but they ghosted me. I haven't heard back since, and I'm fine with that. The intern was really terrible, and I don't understand why she was hired.

First I had a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. The phone interview was basic questions, like what do you know about Critical Mass. The face to face interview included personality, knowledge about the company, and resume review. There were no skill or technical questions, but questions about experiences from last work or school. It was a 2:1 interview, and at the end, they explained the job I would have.
