The interview was conducted over Webex and consisted of two rounds. Three interviewers were involved. However, when asked about the bonus percentage, they were hesitant to provide an immediate answer, leaving me uncertain about the actual bonus structure.

My initial impression of the company was positive. The atmosphere is formal and professional, with people dressed in business casual or business professional attire. The HR representative was very friendly. They administered all the necessary computer tests and provided me with the emails and information needed to get ready for orientation, which includes paid training at minimum wage for 13 hours.

The interview process is super detailed, careful, and specific. First, you apply and have to meet general requirements to even get a call back. Once they reach out, a really great person will contact you to see if there's mutual interest and to invite you to start the application at the office. Then, you head to headquarters for a more in-depth application and some initial tests. If you pass those, you move on to a drug test, IQ test, personality assessment, and a psychological evaluation. After all those requirements are met, you need to have a valid D and G license. If you don't, you'll be scheduled for the courses, and they'll sponsor you through the program. Once you've finished and passed that, you start field training. Upon passing field training, you enter a probationary period where you'll be evaluated and tested. If you perform well for 90 days and pass the required testing, you'll get promoted and open up more opportunities.

I applied on-line and received a phone call the next morning. They are very quick to get back to you. If you're applying from within the area, you'll probably be called for an interview the next day or two. Interview was quite easy. Generally they want you to talk to the department head/chief of whichever branch you will be entering. Then you'll fill out supplemental information, and begin your psychological and IQ tests (all on the computer; with immediate results). Background is all public-disclosure checks and a call or two to whomever you have listed on your application. Once all of that clears you will be given your class and orientation dates. I believe having your D or G license or not, you will be required to attend the classes with S2 Institute. Once all of this is said and done, keeping in mind you need to shoot a 216/240 to qualify for CIS, you will be issued your gear and sent to the FTO site in Tampa. ASK QUESTIONS!
