Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Criteo.
Recruiter
The recruitment process was really nice and went well. It began with a phone screen with a recruiter. After that, I was sent a test to evaluate my sourcing skills. Later, I was invited for an onsite interview where I met most of the team and had coffee with them. I was interviewed by 3 different recruiters for about 3 hours.
- Questions about my past work experiences, including my motivation and personal interests.
- Many case questions to assess how I would handle specific situations.
Talent Acquisition
I was really impressed by the office and how professional everyone was, from the people who set up the interviews to the ones who interviewed me. Even though I didn't get the job, it was one of the few places where the whole process really stood out.
- What is your motivation for applying for this position given your current employment status?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I initially thought it was a good company, but it turned out to be a body shopper. They called me for three interviews and didn't even provide feedback. It's a very racist company with no diversity at all. I'm happy I'm not joining such a company.
- They wanted to know more about how I would handle the role.
