The first step was a technical interview where I was asked a DSA question that started as an easy LeetCode problem. They then made it harder, progressing it to a medium LeetCode level, and throughout the interview, they asked about runtime and space complexity.

The interview process had two rounds. First, there was an informal chat with HR to get to know each other. Then, there was a second interview with the hiring managers, which included a project analyzing data in Excel and a presentation.

The interview process isn't standardized, and experiences vary greatly depending on the interviewer. Some interviewers are friendly, others seem uninterested.
